My card has been blocked. Who do I call?
If your debit card has been blocked or you're having difficulties using it, call us on 0845 755 5555 (or +44 247 684 2100 if you're abroad)*.
You'll need to speak with a member of our card team so we can clarify why it's blocked and, if necessary, go through any security questions to get it unblocked.
