How can I get new chequebooks and paying-in books?
Chequebooks are issued automatically when you get towards the end of your existing book so in most instances you won't have to order one.
If you need to order a new chequebook or paying-in book contact any branch or Telephone Banking (if you're registered).
Chequebooks will usually be delivered within three working days, paying-in books normally take between 10-14 days unless they are ordered as priority.
