How do I replace my broken or damaged card?

Contact any branch or call Telephone Banking (if you’re registered) on 0845 755 5555*. If you need to replace a Barclaycard credit card, please call 0844 811 9111*.

These lines are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It’s important that you order a replacement card as soon as possible if your card is broken, damaged or the signature is faded, because it may be refused in shops or captured by a cash machine.

You should get your new debit card in 2 working days in the UK, although it will take longer if we need to send it abroad. When you receive it, sign it immediately on the back and destroy the old card.
