My cards have been lost or stolen. What do I do?
If you think your cards (and any chequebooks) have been lost or stolen, contact us immediately on 01604 230 230 (outside the UK dial +44 1604 230 230). This is a 24-hour service. We can arrange to cancel them to prevent anyone from using them. You'll be issued with replacement cards.
You should also phone this number if you think someone has discovered your PIN or if you've ordered a new PIN and not received it within five working days.
If you have Barclays Cardholder Protection, call 0808 100 66 67 (outside the UK dial +44 1904 544 666) to cancel all your cards, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. UK calls are free and you can reverse charges outside the UK.
