With payment protection, how do I make a claim?
You can get your local branch to arrange for a claim form to be sent to you or you can download the claim forms from the Guides & forms page. You will need to complete the relevant form and send it to the address shown on it. Please ensure you select the relevant form. Go to our Guides & forms page to download.
