Can I use Chip & PIN outside the UK?
Yes. In fact it's vital that you know your PIN when travelling outside the UK. Chip & PIN is already being introduced in many countries and in some you may not be able to make a purchase without your PIN. There is no PIN unlock or PIN change option at cash machines outside the UK.
