How do I change the name of my account?

You'll get a new chequebook, paying-in book (if you have these) and bank card within five working days.
- Log in to Online Banking
- Select 'Customise my online account settings'
- Then select 'I name this account' from the menu
- Choose your new names. You can also set nicknames on all your accounts, which will be used whenever you use Online Banking.
