How do I change the name of my account?

Branch or Telephone Banking

To change the name of an account, for example to tell the difference between a 'bills account' and a 'number two account', contact any branch or Telephone Banking (if you're registered).

You'll get a new chequebook, paying-in book (if you have these) and bank card within five working days.
