What are my account terms & conditions?
When you opened your first account, you signed up to our personal account terms and conditions (Customer Agreement). This is updated from time to time and applies to most of the accounts you have with us. The latest version is here: Customer Agreement. Some other accounts have specific terms and conditions and details of interest rates and charges are set out separately from the Customer Agreement. These are detailed throughout our website and in your welcome packs.
