How do I set up, change or cancel regular payments - standing orders and Direct Debits?
If you're an Online Banking member, you can set up, amend and cancel standing orders and delete Direct Debits online. Log-in to Online Banking now and go to the Set Up A Standing Order page (the link is in the menu of your At a Glance page).
Alternatively, print and complete the regular payments form and return it to the address shown on the form. Please note that you cannot amend Direct Debits as this can only be done by the company you're paying. If you cancel a Direct Debit, you should inform the company the Direct Debit is set up with.
