Who do I call if my debit card has been blocked?

If your debit card has been blocked or you're having difficulties using it, call us on 0345 734 5345 (or +44 247 684 2100 if you're abroad)*.

We'll need to clarify why it's been blocked and, if necessary, go through any security questions to get it unblocked.

There are several reasons why your card may not be working. It may be that our fraud team have had to block it temporarily, but it could be for something else. Before contacting us, consider checking your balance to make sure you have sufficient cleared funds in your account. Also confirm your card details have been input correctly.
