How do I get a list of my standing orders and Direct Debits?

If you have Online Banking, you can view a list of standing orders and Direct Debits by going to the 'Change Payments' screen in the menu on At a Glance.

Follow the steps and you'll then be able to view a list of all the outstanding payments, standing orders and Direct Debits on the account you specify. You don't have to make any changes to the payments to view the list. 

If you don't have Online Banking, you can write to us stating the sort code and account number you want the list from.
