How do I order statements?
To order a statement or change the frequency that you get your statements, contact your branch or Telephone Banking if you're registered for the service (the numbers will be on your existing statements). You can also get a mini statement at a Barclays cash machine.
If you're registered for Online Banking or use fast-track Telephone Banking, you can check your latest statements seven days a week.
The number of transactions on your statement in Online Banking (a list that you can print) is limited so if you want details of transactions going further back, you will have to contact your branch or Telephone Banking. You can order a copy of a statement but there is a charge for this.
