How do I add a new account to Online Banking?
Most new accounts you open will automatically be added to Online Banking.
You can get missing accounts included by calling the Online Banking Helpdesk on 0845 600 2323 (outside the UK dial +44 2476 842063)*. Lines are open Monday to Sunday 7am-11pm.
The exceptions are Barclaycard and accounts bought through our partners. To manage your credit card account online, visit the Barclaycard website.
