How do I change my Online Banking passcode or memorable word?
You can change your passcode or memorable word at any time in Online Banking – you may want to do so if you have trouble remembering your existing details or are concerned someone may have discovered them.
Log in as normal and from your At a Glance page (the page that lists your accounts) select 'Customise my online account settings' from the navigation.
From this page, select the options:
- Change my five-digit passcode
- Change my memorable word
Then follow the instructions to make your changes.
