How do I get an Online Banking membership number?
To get an Online Banking membership number, you’ll need to register for Online Banking.
You can register online if you have an account that comes with a debit card. For joint account holders, each person will have to register separately for security reasons.

Once registered, you’ll get a 12-digit membership number and a 5-digit passcode, which will arrive by post. Once you’ve received your details, you can access a limited online service. For access to our full service, you’ll need to upgrade to PINsentry.
If you’re already registered, you can get your membership number online by following the ‘forgotten details’ link on the login page. Alternatively, you can use your debit/cash or authentication card number to log in.
