I set up a future dated payment but it's not showing up in Online Banking.
Future dated payments will not be shown in Online Banking - in the list of payments you've set up or on your statement - after 6.30pm on the night before the payment is made.
If you're unsure whether the payment has been set up or is in the process of being paid, we recommend that you call the helpdesk before setting it up again. They will be able to confirm this for you and ensure you do not set up a duplicate payment. Call us on 0845 600 23 23 (outside the UK dial +44 2476 842063). Lines are open Monday to Sunday, 7am-11pm. We recommend that you always print the final step of the Pay a Bill process (Step 4) to keep in your records. That way you always have a record of the payments you've made or have set up to be paid in the future.
