Can I see statements going further back in Online Banking?
Online Banking will usually show you the last seven days of transactions by default.
You can choose to see more as the default, eg 30 days, by going to 'Customise my online account settings' in the menu of your At A Glance page and selecting the option to 'Customise my online statement'.
Transactions on your statement in Online Banking (a list that you can also print) are archived periodically so if you want details of transactions going further back than is shown in your search of transactions, you will have to contact your branch or Telephone Banking and order a copy of a statement, but there is a charge for this.
To order a statement or change the frequency that you get your statements, contact your branch or Telephone Banking. You can also get a mini statement at a Barclays cash machine.
