What do I have to do to log-in to Online Banking if I've previously saved my details?
To log in to Online Banking, you need to confirm your membership details (your surname and membership number) are displayed in the box.
If other people have saved their information on the computer you're using, a dropdown menu will show all the membership details saved. You need to select your membership details from it. Then select the 'Next' button to continue.
If your details aren't listed, select the relevant link under the dropdown menu to log in. You'll then be given the option to save your membership details.
