What do I do if I've forgotten my five-digit passcode for Online Banking?

If you've lost or forgotten your passcode, you can apply for a new one online if you have a Connect or Electron card. Select the 'Forgotten log-in details' link. This page will tell you how to order your new passcode online. It will be sent by post.

If you're trying to log-in, you have three attempts to enter your five-digit passcode before you're locked out. If you are locked out, you will need to order a new five-digit passcode. You can do this online if you have a Connect or Electron card and you will automatically be taken to a page to order a new one. The new passcode will be sent by post.

Please contact us on the number below if you've been locked out of Online Banking but have been unable to order a new five-digit passcode online or you've not received your new five-digit passcode within five working days of ordering a new one.
