How do I set up a standing order in Online Banking?
It's easy to set up a standing order in Online Banking.
Choose the Set Up Standing Order link on At a Glance. You'll find it in the More Options dropdown menu in the right-hand navigation. You can use this to set up regular payments to other people or to your other accounts.
Follow the instructions on the pages to set up the standing order.
If you want to set up a new standing order to someone you haven't paid before you will need to use PINsentry. If you don't have PINsentry there's a link to upgrade in the At A Glance right-hand menu.
