What do I need to do before I can use my Travel Money Card?
Once you've received your card in the post, make sure you sign the back of it. You will then need to activate the card by retrieving your PIN. Full instructions on how to retrieve your PIN will be contained in the User Guide you will receive when your Travel Money Card is delivered, it's a quick and easy process over the telephone. You just need to remember the phone number you gave us to register and tell us your date of birth for identification purposes.
