If you use a membership number and passcode to access Online Banking, you already have access to the following features:
Should you need to set up new payments to friends, family or any other UK bank account, or change contact details, then you can to upgrade to PINsentry by visiting the At a Glance screen in Online Banking and selecting 'Upgrade to PINsentry' from the menu.
If you don't currently use Online Banking, you can register online. Once you've received your passcode, you can request your PINsentry device online by visiting the At a Glance screen in Online Banking.
