How do I order statements?

You can get a copy of your current or previous statement(s) by contacting your local branch or calling Telephone Banking on 0345 734 5345* if you’re registered for the service.

If you're registered for Online Banking, your statements will automatically be stored in your Cloud It secure storage area which you can also access through the Barclays Mobile Banking app.

In Barclays Cloud It, you’ll find all your statements from July 2013 (unless you registered for Online Statements before this date, in which case you’ll see all your statements starting from the date you switched off your paper statements).
