How do I order statements?
You can get a copy of your current or previous statement(s) by contacting your local branch or calling Telephone Banking on 0345 734 5345* if you’re registered for the service. Please note that there is a charge for getting a copy of a previous statement.
If you’ve signed up for online statements in Online Banking, your previous statements will be stored there from the date you switched off your paper statements.
You can order an interim statement in Online Banking that will show the transactions since your last statement was printed. You’ll find this option under the ‘Account services’ menu as ‘Order interim statement’. You’ll receive your interim statement in the same way you get your monthly statement, either online or through the post.
We now also upload statements to Barclays Cloud It in Online Banking.
