What banking can I do at the Post Office?
We've formed an alliance allowing you to bank at more than 15,000 Post Offices in England and Wales. You can pay cash and cheques into a Barclays current or savings account and withdraw cash against a cheque up to the limit on your cheque guarantee card for free.
If you pay cash in you must allow an extra two days for the credit to reach your account. If you pay a cheque in you must allow an extra day for the cheque to clear, ie it will take four working days.
