What should I do if I have a problem using Barclays Secure (previously called ‘Verified by Visa’)?

Barclays Secure, provided in association with Verified by Visa, protects your Barclays account against unauthorised use when you use your debit card to shop online at participating retailers.

Previously you needed to set up a password on your debit card to use the service but this is no longer necessary. Instead, we may ask for additional security information when checking transactions. Find out more about Barclays Secure
